| This client satisfaction survey is developed to assess the newcomers' satisfaction in using several funded programs provided by settlement agencies in Ontario. It is intended to measure the overall performance of the programs and needs of newcomers. We have contacted over 800 registered newcomers by emailing campaigns and the survey results are based on 66 newcomers feedbacks. |

| This survey is published for staff working at selected settlement services in Ontario to highlight what they would like to see done or what they would need to do, to better their services. Staff were contacted by email and selected in each programs (Teachers, Counsellors, Support Workers etc...) |

| The survey results will be of great value to the future ELT programs because they will show the areas in which this program can improve, assess management conduct and role in the program, and evaluate the performance of management in light of solving issues that arise in the program.
